The International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC)
The MISSION OF IMSLEC is to accredit quality training courses for the professional preparation of multisensory structured language education specialists.
- Advocating high professional standards in the preparation of Multisensory Structured Language specialists – clinicians and teachers of students with dyslexia and related disorders.
- Establishing criteria of program excellence.
- Evaluating and Accrediting MSLE training courses offered by existing independent agencies and centers and MSLE courses offered by other already accredited institutions.
The International Dyslexia Association (IDA)
IMSLEC accredited training centers meet IDA’s standards for teachers of reading.
The Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS)
The Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS) is a member services organization whose mission is to safeguard and promote the interests of independent schools in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; provide pertinent services which meet the needs or enhance the effectiveness of member schools; collaborate with other local, state, regional, and national organizations and associations; and uphold the educational standards of independent education in the Commonwealth in conjunction with Pennsylvania Association of Private Academic Schools (PAPAS), Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSACS), and National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS).

The National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS)
The National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) is a membership organization representing approximately 1,200 independent schools and associations in the United States and abroad.
The Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools (ADVIS)
The Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools (ADVIS) is an organization of 132 independent schools throughout the Tri-State region, covering Eastern Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware, and Central and Southern New Jersey.
The Pennsylvania Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (PBIDA)
The International Dyslexia Association (IDA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with dyslexia, their families and the communities that support them. The PBIDA (a local branch that serves both Pennsylvania and Delaware) promotes literacy through research, education, and advocacy.
Friends Council on Education (FCE)
Friends Council nurtures the spiritual life of Friends schools, strengthens the connections between the schools, and promotes Friends education through providing consulting services, professional development seminars, literature to support Quaker testimonies in school life, and peer network meetings across schools.
National Business Officers Association (NBOA)
The National Business Officers Association (NBOA) is the definitive professional resource and leading advocate for independent school business officers. Through programs, online tools, and research on emerging issues, NBOA helps to develop solutions for effective and sustainable operations in independent schools.
Philadelphia Area Independent Schools Business Officers Association (PAISBOA)
Health care, life and disability programs, comprehensive insurance, purchasing, human resources, and professional development are the focus of this group of committed business managers from over 100 area schools.
