Picture Day - Tomorrow

After picture day you will receive an email with a customized link to view/order your students pictures. You do NOT need to do anything until that point.  
Tips from Ivory Tree for Parents:
  1. Outfits:
    Please send your child dressed in the outfit you’d like them photographed in. If you have specific instructions (for example, no sweatshirt or hat), please communicate those directly to the teacher. The studio will assume whatever the child is wearing is what you intended.
  2. Hair:
    Make sure your child’s hair is styled in a way that will hold up until their photo is taken. Teachers will do a final check to ensure hair is photo-ready, but for hygiene reasons, the studio does not provide combs or brushes and will not make any adjustments.
  3. Variety:
    You’ll receive a range of image styles, including horizontal, vertical, full-body, and ¾-length portraits.
  4. Sibling Photos:
    These will be taken during the younger sibling’s session. Please send both children dressed in the outfits you’d like them to wear for their photo together.
  5. Just a quick reminder that there will be no retake day, so please prepare accordingly.

How to Order:
  • Using that link, you will have access to a customized gallery where there will be 3-5 images of each student for you to select which you’d like to purchase. There are packages, a la carte options, digital options, canvas etc. Both vertical and landscape options will be included for your selection and retouching is available for each image. Please note: digital discounts are only available within a student’s gallery, you cannot combine siblings for the discount. 
 
Order Deadline:
The initial order deadline is September 30th.
  • Print packages will be delivered directly to the school.
  • Digital images will be sent to your email.
Orders placed after September 30th will incur additional charges, including shipping fees.
