Job Description:
We are currently seeking an instructional aide for the 24-25 school year. The aide will deliver support in the areas of academic, behavioral, and living skills to the student under the direction of the classroom teacher.
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who seeks to gain knowledge and experience working with unique learners. Supervision for practicum and internship hours available if job is determined to meet program requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist student with his/her ability to participate in classroom lessons and activities across the school environment
• Assist with the implementation of behavior support plans
• Collect data to assist with progress monitoring
• Assist with personal care of student
• Provide supervision of students in the classroom, playground, and other assigned areas

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with students with behavioral needs a plus!
• Ability to successfully complete safety training
• Physical ability to provide crisis intervention (if required) and personal care of student
