After-School Care

After Care is where students can play, do homework, and spend time with friends under the supervision of Teachers Mickey Rowe and Dawn Lynch. It is offered from 3:15– 5:30 pm on regular school days. Advanced registration or drop-in service is available.  Your student can also join After Care after attending a Club, Sport, or Tutoring. Please note that if your child is not picked up at the designated time at which a club ends, they will automatically be sent to After Care - a 15 minute grace period will be allowed for late club pick up.  
 
AFTER CARE HOURS
All Regular School Days, 3:15 – 5:30 pm ( pick up must be by 5:30 pm)


REGISTRATION

Registration must be in writing. Please register with Donna Giaquinto at [email protected] by 11:00 am the day before. If you decide that your student will need to attend after attending a club, sport or tutoring, remember to email Donna prior to the end of the school day. 

ATTENDANCE
Attendance is taken daily between 3:15 -3:25 pm, verifying changes such as absences and drop-ins. For safety reasons, children must be signed out when they are picked up. If there are any changes in pick-up or attendance, please notify Donna Giaquinto at [email protected]
 
LATE PICK-UP
Once the program ends at 5:30 pm, the charge is $15 for every fifteen-minute interval (up to 6:00 pm).

COST

  • Pick up before or at 4:15 pm - $15.00 ( no partial billing)
  • Pick up between 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm - $30.00 (no partial billing)
  • Pick up between 5:15 pm - 5:30 pm - $35.00
  • Late Pick up is $15 per 15 minutes after 5:30 pm -no exceptions.
  • Special: Pick up after Clubs or Sports 4:30-5:30 - $15.00
 

We are here to answer any questions about the program that you may have.  To view your statement, please go to the School Portal from there you will arrive at the Blackbaud resource page where you will then click on EZ School Apps. This will bring you to our afterschool program activity and payment center, where you can see extended day activity and make payments. Payments should be made by the 1st of the month.
