Welcome

Stratford Friends School was established in 1976, as the first Quaker school in the nation for children with learning disabilities. Through the years, we have relied on the support of our entire community—parents and grandparents, alumni and alumni parents, faculty and staff, Board members, Quakers, and friends. Your generosity has helped our school succeed and grow.

Gifts from the community continue to be vital to the full experience of a Stratford Friends School education. Each child who enrolls at Stratford has a unique set of skills and strengths. Our program--with its low student-to-teacher ratio, multisensory teaching, and individualized curriculum--is intrinsically expensive. Your donations help turn struggling students into lifelong readers and successful learners. With your generosity, we are able to fulfill our mission as a leader among independent schools in educating children who learn differently.

Like all independent schools, we rely on your generosity to enrich the educational experience of our students. Gifts from parents, grandparents, alumni families, and friends support daily operations and major projects.

If you have any questions about making a gift to Stratford Friends School or about the impact your gift can have, please call the Development Office at 610-355-9580 or contact us at development@stratfordfriends.org.

Thank you for your support. I look forward to hearing from you.
