Stratford Friends School serves students with learning differences that
make it challenging for them to succeed in a traditional classroom. Our
programs are designed to prepare our unique learners for success. Small
class sizes plus a personalized approach awakens our students’ creativity
and their desire and capacity to understand, apply, adapt, and enjoy
learning. We equip our students with the tools and Confidence they need to
advocate for themselves and become independent learners.
Our well-rounded school day combines a research-based academic curriculum
with STEM and service based learning with physical education and visual and
performing arts that encourages our students’ creativity, builds a joy of
learning, and bolsters self-esteem. After-school clubs such as photography,
cooking, and robotics, and competitive sports give students the opportunity
to celebrate their unique talents, skills, and interests and to find their
voices as individuals.
